ATHENS--- Games with Louisville, Western Carolina, Georgia Southern, and Appalachian State have been added to future University of Georgia football schedules according to an announcement by UGA Director of Athletics Damon Evans.
The games are part of scheduling moves in recent months that have also added games with Arizona State in 2008 and 2009 and Colorado in 2006 and 2010.

Georgia will host Louisville in Athens on Sept. 3, 2011, and return to Louisville to play the Cardinals on Sept. 15, 2012. Georgia Southern will come to Athens for the season opener on Aug. 30, 2008, and the Bulldogs will host Western Carolina on Sept. 15, 2007. Appalachian State will play in Athens on Sept. 5, 2009.

Georgia has also moved a game with Troy University from Sept. 1, 2007, to Nov. 3, 2007. The Bulldogs will still fill one additional date for the season opener on Sept. 1, 2007.

This will be Georgia's first meeting with Louisville, Appalachian State, and Troy. The Bulldogs have faced Georgia Southern on three previous occasions winning in 1992, 2000, and 2004. Georgia defeated Western Carolina in 1991 in the only meeting between the two schools.
