From GeorgiaDogs.com: ATHENS, Ga. --- The deadline for making a donation to the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund to be eligible to purchase 2008 University of Georgia football season tickets is Feb. 15.
The William C. Hartman Jr. Fund is the priority seating system for football. All gifts to this fund are 80 percent tax deductible and allow donors the opportunity to purchase season tickets, away tickets, SEC Championship Game and bowl tickets. Additional benefits, such as parking and media guides, are provided to William C. Hartman Jr. Fund donors based on their annual donation.

All season ticket requests, whether a relocation request from a current season ticket holder or a request for new season tickets, are fulfilled by availability and cumulative score. One point is given for each dollar donated to the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund over one's lifetime, building one's cumulative score. This is important to keep in mind when considering a first-time donation to the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund.

In addition, while each section in Sanford Stadium has a per seat minimum donation associated with it, making the required per seat donation does not guarantee one will receive seats in that section. Seating requests are fulfilled by availability and cumulative score.

Season ticket payment is separate from the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund donation. After making a donation to the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund prior to the Feb. 15 deadline, a season ticket application will be mailed in early March. Payment for season tickets does not guarantee one will receive season tickets. After the season ticket deadline of March 31, cumulative score will determine new season ticket assignments. The Ticket Office will publish the cumulative score cut-off, once determined, in mid-July. Should one's cumulative score not qualify for season tickets, he will be notified in mid-July and will be issued a refund check for season ticket payment.

For those interested in contributing to the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund, it is encouraged that one does so online. All William C. Hartman Jr. Fund online contributors will be entered into a drawing to receive two sideline passes to one 2008 home football game or a UGA Football Vault book autographed by Coach Mark Richt. Donating online also allows one to set up an account, update contact information and receive immediate confirmation that the donation has been received.

Those interested in receiving a 2008 Membership and Ticket Priority Information brochure should email the request to gadawgs@sports.uga.edu or call The Georgia Bulldog Club staff at 877-GA-DAWGS.
